Hello,

My name is Lara and I’ve just recently graduated as a nurse. Before starting to work I wanted to take a gap for which I decided to go to England for 3 months to improve my English and starting from February, I’ll be traveling around Latin America until July 2019.

I’m really looking forward to this new adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I would like to meet new people throughout my journey and learning about the new culture. By meeting new people, I think it will also help me a lot with improving my English, Spanish and who knows! Maybe I could learn another language as well 😊!

Personally, this journey is about experiencing and getting to know more people, as I personally think it can only help me with growing as a person.

Interests

I really like to be in the nature, learn about plants and animals. I love hiking on the mountains. I m interesting about ecology and how to live ecological with the minimum. I like doing things by myself like jewellery or sewing.

Music, Movies, and Books

One thing I can tell you for sure is that I love reggae and rock music. However, I feel like I have so much to learn on music, especially from Latin America and I'm open listen different music! I’m excited to learn more about artists, writers, movies, cultures and art during the time I’ll be there.
