Overview
About Me
I’m outgoing and fun loving. I enjoy new adventures and exploring places I’ve not seen. I love to meet new people and help when I can. I’ve got a background in finance and worked in the corporate world for six years. I am now managing and teaching group fitness classes at The MAX Challenge. Additionally, I’m focusing my spare time and attention on my business I started in 2016. It’s a holistic health and wellness business. I’m a 200-HR level registered yoga teacher, and a certified integrative nutrition health coach. I also teach meditation and have some experience in teaching yoga to trauma victims.
I cannot wait to meet you and hear your story, if you want to share it!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Classical - right now I’m really into Mahler. Jazz - currently digging Dizzy Gillespie. Reggae and Ska - Bob + a dozen others. Electronic music for dancing and getting out of the norm. Blues for the soul. 90’s hip hop and country because it’s wha it grew up on. 50’s and 80’s music, and classic rock from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s because it’s what my parents grew up on, and the list goes on... some of my other favorites are: Frank Sinatra, Mozart, Ella Fitzgerald, and Patsy Cline.
Movies: I enjoy any well done film. Anything from a very deep and dark artistic film, the kind you’d find at a film festival, to a great Netflix stand up special. Favorite movie is Rigoletto 93’.
Books: most everything interests me...more non-fiction lately...currently reading The Art of War.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled the US in my car for five months and a week. Drove over 25,000 miles and across the country four times. Only states lefts to see are Alaska and the territories.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you yoga, guide you through meditation, cook you a meal and listen to all your cool stories. I’m happy to share ideas and stories of my own, if you want to hear them. Would love to learn Japa and Vipassana, any formal Latin dance, and most anything I don’t know.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m happy to share stories, knowledge, experiences as well as teach yoga, meditation, and cook a meal. I’m also down for going on a hike, playing a game, dance parties or singing karaoke. I want to help with what I can.
