About Me
Growing up in an bilingual Family (german and French) in an international surrounding and at a European School, I have Always been surrounded by various cultures and nations, languages and People. This pluralism was Always of big interest to me and I loved travelling with my Family. With 16 I did a Student Exchange to Parma, Italy which made me discover the joy and intensity of life at a locals' place and the culture of Italy really made an Impression on me. After having done an Liberal Arts and Sciences Programme in Tübingen, Germany for a year, studying various different subjects from all disciplines, I decided to pursue the interest in other cultures and lives by travelling across Europe and taking a GAP Year. Since September 2018 I have experienced a lot already ! After Grape Picking for wine producing in France for two weeks in September, I was a volunteer in Taizé, a oecumenic youth community, for two months and worked on the Christmas market in December. Since the 28. of December I am travelling on my own through Spain, Portugal and Morocco, doing some workaways and couchsurfing. The new Encounters and experiences I make every day are really enriching and I am Looking Forward to continue this journey!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My friend Maja and I will be interrailing through eastern Europe this month and would be so happy to get to know locals and have a friendly couch to sleep on ! Together we are fluent in English, german, french and spanish and eager to learn new words in your own language too. We are happy to share our experiences, fun stories about germany and our culture, cook some nice german (or other food) and listen to music with you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While hitchhiking towards Lisbon a group of 3 friends took me in for a ride, and as they heard I would be sleeping in hostel that night, they proposed me to sleep at their place! We had a great dinner all together and they were extremely nice and generous :D
