I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine student, so if you need any advice or encouragement for a healthier lifestyle, meal or workout plan, please do ask. I could talk about that for hours so also feel free to be blunt and say something before I exhaust you with a ton of information.
When it comes to cooking, I know my way around a kitchen and would be happy to prepare a meal for you to show you my gratitude or if there is not enough time for that at least buy you a drink.
I am extremely tidy and clean at my house and that will not change in yours, if I can, I will gladly help out with some random chores.
