Overview
About Me
I'm a student in accountancy in Montreal, and I love to see new things! I enjoy winter and rain, even though that's a very unpopular opinion. I love hiking, even when it's cold. My first language is french (I'm French Canadian), but I'm bilingual.
Seeing new things and beautiful landscapes keeps me alive. I'm an outgoing person, but I enjoy my alone moments. I am very allergic to cats and dogs, but I love them with all my heart (at a safe distance).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet new people. Obviously, I travel on a budget and this helps a lot. However, as soon as I have my own place, I can't wait to be able to welcome travelers to my apartment! I think doing these kind of things really break your routine and that's what makes you live new experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite all-time book is Harry Potter (I know, basic). I also read a lot of original books from Quebec authors that are not translated, because I enjoy the style.
I also fell in love with a book called "honey", written by an aboriginal from Canada. It's a collection of poems, but it's not boring like the ones they make you read in high school. Anyway, I'm always in for a new book suggestion.
As for music, I love Mumford and sons, the XX, Bears of Legend, Beirut, Groenland, Ben Howard, Kodaline and more. I'm into pretty much anything except demeaning rap, basically.
For movies, I enjoy children and family movies (again, basic, I know). It calms me down and brings out the child in me, and it changes the scene a little bit from reading accounting laws. I can enjoy the occasional oscar-winning-heavy-thinking-strong-emotions movies as well.
