Music, Movies, and Books
I don't navigate thorough the musical genres so well. If someone could tell me what I like, on the basis of the wide variety I listen to, I'd be so grateful. I definately do it for the melody and the rhythm, rather than the lyrics.
Perhaps folk, indie, ambient... I'm getting very much in touch with music from Latin America lately. Very much into medicine songs, indigenous singing, chanting. I love it. And I love to move my body and dance.
Currently reading "Braiding Sweetgrass". Other topics include Buddhism, philosophy, ecology. Some important titels like The Prophet, When Things Fall Apart, Ishmael, The Island...
I love a good film. I watched a lot as a kid. Less now. But really appreciate the world of animation still. Titles like Spirited Away, Wolfwalkers, Mary and Max, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Pocahontas, Treasure Planet...
