Hi all, I’m Mirko! I come from Italy but I feel like a citizen of the world. I am respectful, sociable and positive. Excited to learn about new cultures, observing the planet from different point of view and through eyes of local people, being curious and happy sharing my time with old and new friends.
I’ve been traveling and working around the world for the past 10 years, I like to learn, improve my skills, living new experiences and propose to myself new goals, getting out of my comfort zone.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

While I was traveling with a friend (formerly Couchsurfer) we were hosted for a few days at the home of a local girl who has been so kind with us. I immediately understood that this platform is right for me, I immediately realized how interesting it is to be able to get in touch with local people while you are traveling and to know the local reality in the best way.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I traveled to French Polynesia 4 years ago and since then I have decided to learn to sail in order to be able to return to those wonderful islands on a sailing boat. Currently I am a skipper, I work in Spain on motor boats during the summer to earn a living and to allow myself to travel on a sailing boat as much as I can during the winter, while I approach my dream.

I enjoy cooking, I will be happy to prepare some Italian recipes and learn about yours traditional favorites meals.
I can help you with cleaning and household chores if necessary. I also like animals, I would love to take your dog for a walk.
