About Me
I've always been excited about the CS concept, but never had the chance to explore it until now. I'm a very curious person, although I tend to be more of a day kind of person, if there is something that can make me skip a night of sleep is a good conversation. Usually they range the most broad subjects you can imagine, from politics, to philosophy, to religion up to the universe and its galaxies.
I work from home and have flexible hours so I can be around and drive fellow travelers to explore the area when I'm not too busy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
15 years ago, just before Couch surfing website was created, I was in Guatemala for a work project and after that project I was supposed to fly to El Salvador for another work project.
My first project was completed few days earlier than planned, so I asked my employer if they could cancel my flight to El Salvador and expensive hotel reservation and instead rent me a cheap car and let me get inexpensive hotels so I could drive from Guatemala City to San Salvador.
They agreed and before I left Guatemala City I went to sleep on the first hostel I could find close by. Next day during breakfast I met two random backpackers and took them with me to visit all the historical sites along the Guatemala-El Salvador route, all expenses paid by my employer (it worked out cheaper than the original flight/hotel arrangements). It was the best thing I could ever do. Chicken Buses, Pyramids, Volcanos, Old towns, big lakes, all with two amazing new friends. My wife at the time, who was in Brazil thought I was crazy. When Couch Surfing websites took off few months later I saw that I wasn't the only crazy one who enjoyed befriending travelers and sharing accomodations along the way.
