I am a 20 year old girl, passionate about art in general, especially painting and literature, self proclaimed animal lover, sociable and out going, but also great appreciater of solitude, with a newly found passion for travel and sightseeing. Currently an Erasmus art student in Italy, working to get my bachelor's degree in painting.

I believe this to be a very fine way of meeting people from all over, learning more about the world and its beauties and finding friendship and common interests and passion in individuals you might otherwise never have gotten the chance to know.

Music, Movies, and Books

As far as music goes, i consider The Beatles, The Doors, David Bowie, Jimmi Hendrix, Bjork, Talking Heads, Depeche Mode, Queen, The Velvet Underground to always be good choices.
I enjoy reading quite a lot, and often find myself wishing i had more time to do it. Personal favourites include The bell jar, 1984, The tunnel, Lolita, Solaris, as well as several works by Oscar Wilde, Franz Kafka, Herman Hesse, Jose Saramago, Haruki Murakami, Kazuo Ishiguro, but many others as well.
As for movies, I have enjoyed a great deal Melancholia, The fall, Under the skin, Annie Hall, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, My own private Idaho, Black Swan, Mister Nobody, Requiem for a dream, and dozens of others i can't remember at the moment. I am a great fan of the Star Wars and Lord of the rings trilogies, as well as a Marvel enthusiast.

I do not know the extent of my teaching abilities, but i am always excited to learn new things and share my own knowledge and experience with others who express interest in them.
