About Me
Instagram: nourariyaa
Hi! I'm Nuray from Turkey. I'm about to leave my job very soon and finally start the journey I've been dreaming of — traveling, discovering new places, meeting people from different cultures, and collecting memories along the way.
Right now, I'm planning my upcoming trip and looking for warm, safe, and welcoming places to stay. I'm not just here for a bed — I love real connections, sharing stories, and learning from locals.
I’m a calm, respectful, open-minded person with a positive attitude. I care about cleanliness and being a thoughtful guest. If you’re open to hosting me for a few days, I’d be very happy — and maybe we can share some travel stories, laughter, or a cup of tea. ☺️
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m here because I want to connect with people from all over the world, share experiences, and learn about different cultures firsthand. Soon, I’ll be starting a new chapter by leaving my job and traveling to discover new places and meet kind-hearted hosts and fellow travelers.
Couchsurfing is not just about finding a place to sleep for me — it’s about building genuine friendships, exchanging stories, and creating memories together. I believe the best travel experiences come from these real human connections.
Interests
I love discovering different cultures, getting lost in local streets, and observing everyday life. Talking to people, listening to their stories, and learning something new from each encounter is something I truly value. I enjoy visiting historical places and feeling the traces of the past. Sometimes, just playing calm music and drifting into my thoughts brings me peace.
Taking photos and recording short videos has become a hobby for me during my travels. I also enjoy quiet moments, deep conversations, and spending time with a nice cup of tea. I believe the most beautiful memories are made through simple things and sincere people. ☺️

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I usually listen to Arabic and foreign music. These genres suit my mood and keep me company during travels.
Books:
Reading books isn’t really my thing, but sometimes I enjoy short articles or travel-related reads.
Movies:
Horror movies excite me, and I enjoy watching thrilling and suspenseful stories.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I’ve done was traveling through different cities in Egypt. Each place had its own unique soul , the historical atmosphere of Alexandria by the sea, the chaotic yet fascinating energy of Cairo, the crystal-clear waters of Sharm El Sheikh, and the vibrant streets of Hurghada. Every city touched me in a different way, and I felt like I discovered not only new places but also new parts of myself along the way.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I can teach you some basic Turkish phrases, share what it’s like to work in hospitality, and show you how to travel smart on a budget.
Learn:
I’d love to learn about your culture, language, daily routines, and how you see life. I’m especially interested in learning how people live simply but happily. And if you know any local recipes, I’m all ears!
Share:
I’d love to share stories, travel experiences, meaningful conversations, good energy, and a warm smile. I’m always happy to connect over tea and talk about life, dreams, and anything in between.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer respect, kindness, and a calm presence in your home. I’m a clean and responsible guest — I always treat people’s space as if it were my own. I can share stories, laughs, and tea, and I’m always happy to help with small things like cooking or cleaning if needed.
More than anything, I bring good energy, genuine curiosity, and a deep appreciation for anyone who opens their door to a traveler like me. I believe in kindness and meaningful exchange, even in the smallest moments.
