About Me

Hey there!

I would like to address, that I am open to meeting anyone. I don't care if you're different from me, icluding religion, skin colour, dating preferences, career, life goals.. etc. Because we're all people, we're all equal. As long as you're nice and respectful to me, I will be nice and respectful to you. :)

I think I have good strategic thinking and strong sense of responsibility, which kind of allows me to do whatever I set my focus on. But that doesn't mean I am good at everything, I have a lot of funny stories of me trying to do something (and I can share). Spoiler alert - didn't end up as I wanted.
I am non-conflictive, adaptive and friendly, if there is some issue my first impulse is to figure it out.
In my spare time I try to get my body moving a lot, since I have a nine-to-five job in office. My main hobby is climbing right now, I tried it and I was instantly hooked. So if you are interested in climbing, I can take you to an awesome climbing gym.

I love hanging out with people but I also don't mind spending time in silence with my own thoughts (mostly drawing, writing, journaling), so be prepared for a possibility of very deep conversations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people, share skills and thoughts. I enjoy life in general and I would love to expand my view through learning about different cultures and traditions.

This is also amazing platform to use, when you want to be able to travel a lot without spending all of your money on accomodation. And because I want to travel and meet people out there, here I am.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy reading, so here are some of my favorite books. I guess you won't know most of it, you can take it as a recommendation:

- The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry - Rachel Joyce
- The Poetic Underground 1, 2, 3 - Erin Hanson
- The Girl Who Chased the Moon - Sarah Addison Allen
- The Man Who Planted Trees - Jean Giono
- I Was Here - Gayle Forman
- If I Stay - Gayle Forman

And I've read a lot of popular sci-fi/fantasy things, such as series of Eragon, Divergence, Harry Potter, Narnia... you get it, right?

Some of the movies I really cherish, most of them has some deep thought and are key things to see, if you are into psychology and human thinking. Some of them are not that easy to swallow though, so be careful if you wanna watch them (the cliche happy ending is missing).

- Cloud Atlas
- Seven Pounds
- The Man from Earth
- Peaceful Warrior
- The Bucket List
- K-PAX
- Suicide Room (polish movie - Sala Samobojcow)
- Hanna

If you're looking for a comedy though, that would include these:

- Date Night
- Thousand Words
- FAQ About Time Travel
- A Million Ways to Die in West
- How to Be Single
- Rise of the Guardians (animated)

And so on, for a longer list of movies you can get in touch with me. When it comes to music, I can listen to almost everything. These are artist/bands I have in my playlist:

- Skillet
- Thousand Foot Krutch
- Kaleo
- The White Buffalo
- Woodkid
- Ally Hills
- Anna Akana
- Ed Sheeran
- Alec Benjamin
- Arctic Monkeys
- Five Finger Death Punch
- Maitre Gims
- Twenty One Pilots
- Kodaline
- Imagine Dragons

And so many not well-known artists, you can bet on that. I listen to music almost all the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I saved a life when I was 12. It's not very glamorous story, but I am proud of what I did.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my opinions, thoughts and give a bit of personal insight.
I can also teach you some basics of improv or indoor climbing. Or I can share a good reciepe, I like cooking and baking. But I don't fancy sweets, so if I bake something the eating would be mostly up to you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My mind and my time. If I am going to stay at your place, I would love to spend some time with you and get to know you a little bit.
So wheter you're a party person, prefer to do some sport or sit in calm and nice tea house - I'm down to that.

In return of you hosting me I can guarantee I will try my best for you to have fun.
