I was born in India and I grew up in a mountain village in Austria, so I am a half 🇮🇳 half 🇦🇹 Girl.

I moved to Vienna in order to study and I immediately fell in love with the architecture and vibes of this city. I would love to share my enthusiasm for it with my guests 💕

I study Biology ( Microbiology & Geneticist 🧬 ) and I truly love it. I love being in nature and having animals around. 🐱In my free time I work for the animal welfare association and I try my best to be vegan most of my time. 🌱

I am always impressed with the beauty of our world and I still want to see a lot of her. Mostly I am in love with architecture 🏛

Hosting right now is a bit difficult because of corona therefore i haven’t been on couchsurfing for a longer time but i think times are getting better again now and i hope i can host some people in summer. I will ask you for a negative corona test before entering my home just to keep me and my roommates save. Looking forward to some great evenings ☺️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I really want to meet locals. I want to see a country trough their eyes, to discuss about different cultures and to see all the special locations which no normal tourist would see. I love to taste new food, hear local music and try out new stuff. I think I am kind of open and curious about everything. And I hope I can give all their hospitality back when I host them in Vienna.

When I host people I just love to show people how beautiful Vienna and Austria is. I am so happy to live here and I want to show to people why this city is so special for me. I also love to see the hometowns of my guests and to get Inspiration where I should travel the next time. There are so many beautiful places which I just don’t know and I am so thankful that my guests show me those. And of course I am looking forward to meet them again when I travel there.

Music, Movies, and Books

My friends always say I live on Mars because I hardly know music from the charts or famous films.

I usually like some smaller bands from Austria or Germany
For example: Annenmaykantereit, Bilderbuch

Furthermore I love listening to piano music. 🎹 Ludovico Enaudi is one of my favorites.

🎶 I am also a lover of classical music (Beethoven, Mozart) and I am always up to go to an opera with you.

When it comes to filmes and books I prefer science fiction things. I think that's because I study biology and like to imagine what our world could look like in the future.
For example: Interstellar,

I am also a big Quentin Tarantino fan, Pulp fiction is one of the best films ever for me. Inglorious Basterds is also a highlight.

Moreover i love movies with a twist inside like Fight Club, Memento, the usual Suspects ect. 🍿

📚 I love fantasy books, especially Game of thrones. I could discuss about these books forever.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got kicked out of my workaway and dicided to travel spontaneously with couchsurfing through whole Scandinavia for the rest of the summer. I have seen beautiful cities, tried out new things and met incredibly kind people. It was the best summer of my life. 🥰

First I would certainly bring you something from Vienna and my hometown Lienz. 🎁

Furtermore I could help you with the household, cook typical austrian food for you and teach you some german.

I am also famous for baking a delicious austrian cake for my hosts, which you can read in my references. 🍰

I usually have my gaming cards with me so i am always up for a game. I am also open for any game you want to show me 🃏

Moreover I play the piano and I used to sing in a band. If you are a musician then we could make music together, if not I could sing some songs for you.
