I think staying with locals is the best way to discover a town or city. I've done homestays across the world and it's my favourite way to travel as I enjoy going off the beaten path! It's also a great way to meet like-minded adventurous people.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I climbed Mount Fuji in Japan and saw sunrise from the top! There was a storm whilst I was climbing so I had to stay 24 hours on the mountain in a small hut. I met people from all over the world!

I'm a CELTA qualified English as a second language teacher and love learning languages. I've experienced some language exchanges which have been fun. I've also travelled to over 30 countries and created personalised tour itineraries for a tour operator, so I can give some advice if you're keen to travel.
