For eleven years, I have dedicated myself to traveling and continuing to learn about Mexico's diverse gastronomy. I have worked in many restaurants and learned from the people and friends I've made in each state. I really enjoy traveling and getting to know the culture and diversity of each state, the typical food, the native ingredients of each region, and the way they are used.
