About Me
Heeey !!
I am Pauline, I would like to become an adventurer after my studies. This is my main goal. Many people think I am crazy, that I will never make a living. But I don't care, I just want to make my dreams come true, and to travel around the world, by sharing my experiences and meeting new people.

Heeey !!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing for several reasons.
First, each country, each city, has a specific culture. And you can't visit a country or a city without dicovering the culture. If you don't know the country's culture you've visited, it is as if you've never been there. And the best way to discover city's culture is to meet its inhabitants. Couchsurfing is, in my opignion, one of the best way to meet local people.
Then, I think meating new people, talking about everything and nothing, listening music together, etc... is so far so better than being in the best hotel of the town, alone, watching TV to kill time (to kill time which is very precious by the way).
And finally, because traveling is essential !! In my opignion, discovering the world is as important as eating. Everybody should travel easily, without spending too much money. You can notice Couchsurfing is cheaper than all of the hotels.

I've climbed the Mont Joly so as to watch the sun set from there. I had my skis on my shoulder and I was walking in the snow with my ski-boots to reach the summit. Thanks to the chairlift we (my sister, two friends and I) reached the altitude 2 353m. The Mont Joly is 2 525m high. After hours on foot over difficult mountainous terrain, we were at the summit, without food and drinks. We were thirsty. I tried to melt some snow with my body heat. It was a failure. It did not matter. The sky was so beautiful that the thirst was forgotten. It was pink, mountains were pink, with a little bit of orange. The colours were amazing especially on the Mont Blanc which was in front of us. The we went back home by ski, during the night. It was A-MA-ZING.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I can propose to my guests to enjoy life and have fun. Because in my opinion enjoying life is VERY important. There is a quote that I like by Mel Brooks which is : "Look, I really don’t want to wax philosophic, but I will say that if you’re alive, you’ve got to flap your arms and legs, you’ve got to jump around a lot, you’ve got to make a lot of noise because life is the very opposite of death.”
