A meal at home or an outing with the dogs is pretty much as exciting as it gets around here. There are people pretty much coming and going all the time. Not all of them are home-bodies like me and might take you into the city for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. But overall, our hosting style is very laid back. If someone's heading out to do something interesting you'll get an invite. But we're also happy doing our own thing and letting you do likewise. We try to have dinner with our couch surfer if it suits everyone's schedule and mood.

I used to use my extra space as an airbnb. I really loved having lively, traveling, free spirits around the place. I've met the most interesting people! But my very old cat (18) has taken to doing disgusting things outside the guestroom door, so I had to stop. But I find I really miss the pitter patter of little feet! The young folks passing through on their way to some big adventure really brought a spark of life into the house!
