About Me

I'm a retired teacher from México, I have a family that loves to meet people all around the world, in fact, two of my three children are also in Couchsurfing so I have experience meeting hosting people. I enjoy reading a lot and the things that like the most is to be around nature to do some good hiking or enjoy the landscapes

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My older son (31 years old) create his profile 10 years ago when he traveled to Europe, then when he came back we decided to host people in the house, then when my youngest son (23 years old) crate his profile 4 years ago to travel around the coast of México I decide to create my own profile to host people and travel by my own.
It's a great way to meet people all around the world and I firmly believe that when you treat someone well you receive good energy from the world.
My son and I had great experiences in the Couchsurfing community and I want to have more amazing memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to Marcos Witt, Pedro Infante, Jesus Adrian Romero, and a lot more great singers.
I'm not going very often to the movie theater but for sure I enjoy watching a good movie and good documentaries.
The Mother of Maximo Gorky, Platero y Yo, La Biblia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been in one of the biggest deserts in the world with my family in some extreme weather.
I went to Miami one time without speaking a word of English (the Aduana experience was fun).
Every week I volunteer to give food and shelter to the homeless in my city.
Direct a school for 15 years without a problem and still manage to rise an amazing family!
Reach the middle high in iztaccihuatl mountain without any right equipment (never again)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic Spanish (I´m a Spanish teacher so I know what I'm doing).
For sure to share a warm meal, I'm a great cooker and the Mexican traditional dishes are my specialty.
I would love to learn some English

What I Can Share with Hosts

Normally I bring souvenirs for my host so maybe is your lucky day.
