Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ich finde es eine geniale Art, Menschen einen Ort näher zu bringen, der ansonsten wohl kaum auf Interesse stossen würde. Andresito gibt es erst seit rund 40 Jahren, vorher war es noch Urwald. Hier lebt man vom Yerba- Anbau , Aufforstung und Viehzucht.

I believe it's a unique way to introduce a place to people who might not have considered visiting it due to its remote location. Andresito has only been in existence for about 40 years. Prior to its establishment, the jungle in the area was being exploited by Brazilians. To prevent further deforestation, the Argentinian authorities decided to create a new town. Today, the residents cultivate yerba mate, make efforts to sustain the forest, and engage in cattle farming.

Mein Lieblingsfilm - schwer zu sagen, aber Grüne Tomaten habe ich mir mehrfach angeschaut. Er ist tiefgründig und gleichzeitig spritzig und witzig.
Musik- da bin ich von Pop über Rock bis hin zu Klassik zu haben.
Actually, I can't think of a favorite film, but 'Fried Green Tomatoes' I've seen several times in the past.

Regarding music, I enjoy pop, rock, and classical music as well.

In meinem Leben habe ich immer wieder positive Erfahrungen mit Menschen gemacht, die mir ihre Türen geöffnet haben, lange bevor es couch- surfen gab.
I've encountered open-hearted people who were eager to share their homes long before I became familiar with Couchsurfing.

Ich teile gerne meine Kochkenntnisse und wenn es nur ein Snack ist, wie die typische Chipita.
Since I love cooking, I would be happy to use my host's kitchen to prepare some typical CHIPITA for them.
