About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Like so so many,
the portal of self-discovery was thrown wide open for me in the best way by: solo traveling.
I took a solo, one-way ticket adventure through Europe when I was 20.
It opened my mind and let me really embrace the power to choose to live life on my own terms, and to see myself as a global citizen.
Couchsurfing platform empowers us as a community to continue to do what we love to do and continue to build relationships and not be confined to hotels and economic transactions.
To open up and share with new people. To connect!
I firmly believe it is one of the most powerful ways we can create healing and joy in this world, and am so happy to finally get on this website here and make a profile!
There's an Infinitely Huge and Beautiful world outside of our narrow minds and glowing screens.
Travel on, I say.

Hungry for new fiction and non-fiction too...
Movies, yes, but not nearly as much. Rediscovering TV with end of GOT and Colony...want to see Interstellar (especially after listening to the soundtrack). Midnight was Powerful...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stop drinking just two weeks before my 21st Birthday,
drop out of college and take a chance on a Greyhound
Bus across the country NY to LA,
with nothing but a backpack and a dream.
Still traveling to this day. Happily.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Qi gong. I love qi gong. Like Tai Chi but more fun, dynamic, with healing benefits.
Chanting and meditation are my true joys
and chocolate making and ceremony,
I love those things and Love to share them.
Piano I can teach piano and voice lessons too.
I want to learn how: to do specific types of cooking,
desert making, all culinary arts;
percussion, drumming;
different art forms like painting and photography,
crafts of all sorts, herbal medicine making.
In addition to diving deeper into Buddhist and Taoist internal martial arts studies.
Writing game and Poetry too as I'm seeking to Publish my first and many more...
