About Me

I lived my whole life so far in Berlin apart from one year abroad, that I spent in England. I am very passionate about music and have been playing the cello for more than 13 years now. Right now, I am looking forward to my gap year 2019/2020 before going on to study at University. During this time I would love to travel as much as possible and meet loads of interesting new people along the way and I am positive, that couchsurfing will help me with that.
After having travelled around the British Isles in Autumn 2019, I am now looking forward to getting to know more of other parts of Europe, especially France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's always much nicer to get to know not only the countries and cities I'm travelling to, but also the people living there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My exchange year in England was an incredible experience. Completely diving into a different culture enabled me to see myself and my own culture through new eyes. I met many new people that I am still in contact with and am extremely happy, that I had this opportunity.
Similarly, while travelling in Autumn 2019 with my friend Caro, I met so many fascinating people along the way and had so many great experiences, be it beekeeping, showering in an icy waterfall or jamming in a village pub.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always curious to learn something new about things other people are passionate about. I, in turn, would love to share my passion for music with others. I am usually travelling with my Ukulele but also love to try out new instruments, if I get the chance, so how about a jam session? Also, I would love to learn cooking from other cultures, as I enjoy cooking food almost as much as eating it and cooking is probably one of the most obvious things people from different cultures do differently.
