Overview
About Me
I live in Bantry in West Cork. I have travelled a lot and this is now where I call home. I've stayed with many people from all walks of life on my travels and my door is open to everyone. My don is also very sociable and loves meeting new people. I have been a host in couch surfing for many years but can't access that account anymore but I'm working on it. I have many reviews on it. I play guitar and sing and love music in general. At the moment I'm veering away from my passion for health therapies and I'm becoming obsessed with plants and trees and believe rewilding and a deeper respect for nature is the only way to save our planet.
Music, Movies, and Books
At the moment I'm reading two books. "let them eat dirt"and "more human" I'd like to get my hands on the secret life of trees. Two of my favourite books are Ishmael and the world according to garp. I like foreign films. Pans labyrinth is a favourite.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The camino de Santiago was a beautiful journey. I walked the Northern way and met amazing people and walked in nature everyday. I also volunteered in the mother Theresa orphanage in Delhi. It really opened my eyes to how resilient chikdren are in the face of hardship.
