I'm a Brazilian-Portuguese citizen who is about to move to Europe. I have a BA. in Journalism and had a career in this field for 10 years. Now I'm a newbie web developer, aka web designer. I might start my new life in Portugal, since I want to find out something about my Portuguese roots. I'm going to land in Lisbon in the morning of May 8th. For the first 10 days, I already have a hotel to stay. So now I have to find a cheap place to rent a room or maybe a couch to stay for a few days. ( I want to rent a room in Lisbon's surroundings for something like 250 euros. Is that too hard? Also, it could be amazing to learn something about the city with my host and have some fun. I really love to meet and learn with other cultures. I want to make friends with anyone whose culture is different than mine. Having someone to talk, laugh and get information from the countries is everything I need. I never got a couch for free and I still kind of don't believe this is possible, specially nowadays. So you should consider that I'm ok on paying you something.
