Hello, my name is Erik. I'm originally both from Norway and Brazil 🇧🇷🇳🇴. Right now I'm studying in Ankara, Turkey 🇹🇷 I'm most definitely a traveller and been like this since birth. Even if I'm in my own hometown I like to explore and see places I've never been to before. I have also recently started to do volunteering and projects through Erasmus. I take the opportunity whenever possible. This has been great since I have the opportunity to stay in a place for longer and learn more. I have been able to go to many places and have amazing experiences and would love to share some stories if you're interested.

I'm really interested in learning about different cultures and learn new languages. I'm especially interested in mythology, architecture and traditional arts of a culture. I also enjoy a fair share of music in different languages.

I have done some solo trips in the balkans where I've met multiple people I'm still close to today, and I wish I can do more of this in the future.

I do not have a lot of experience with couchsurfing, but I've been introduced to it by my friends who highly recommend it. I think it sounds like a great opportunity for new experiences and meeting a lot of people🙂
