Dear Couchsurfers,

We’re Begüm and Erkal, originally from Istanbul, Turkey.
For 3 years, we’ve been living in Germany.

We’re an adventurer engineer couple, met in the first day of university life and since then we’ve been together. We’re quite good at falling in love with each other every day for more than 10 years :)

We love living together, learning and discovering together, changing together…
And foremost we love traveling together!

We’ve already made many trips within Europe and some other amazing exotic counties like Cuba, Peru, Africa, India... and finally we recognized that traveling is a never ending story for us.
It is beyond travel itself.

Whilst traveling, we learn not only new cultures, new people, new places, but also we earn about yourself, this is beyond price.
Therefore, we decided to take a long break this year, luckily we seize this chance to deepen this authentic experience… Recently we’ve been preparing for our 10 months superb exciting journey starting in November’19.

We hope that ours path cross with yours and we get a chance to meet, to talk, to share, to learn from each other and to enrich our moment together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Our intention to be on Couchsurfing is to seize a chance to meet new people, to learn new cultures, to try local foods and to experience unique adventures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to select the amazing "one" , but I'd say Salkantay Trail in Peru was on top of my amazing activities in my bucket list.

I'd also add Bungee jumping, Sky diving and Paragliding. They were all just amazing!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with hosts Turkish culture, our traditions, history, delicious Turkish cuisine.
Besides, all other experiences and stories, I gathered during my travels to other countries.
