Ahora mi filosofía se basa en disfrutar del día día, abrirme a las personas y tratar de aportar algo a este mundo teniendo como principios el respeto y la libertad.

Naturally curious and enthusiast of the cooking world and gastronomic research. After leaving my IT career 5 years ago, I started working for what I am truly passionate about: cooking.

Now I have traveled around America and Europe enjoying every moment. I found a balanced life in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca in Spain.
