Tras una larga carrera como programador lo dejé todo para convertirme en Chef. Hoy en día la cocina me ha llevado a recorrer varios países, vivir en ellos, y abrir mi mente.

Ahora mi filosofía se basa en disfrutar del día día, abrirme a las personas y tratar de aportar algo a este mundo teniendo como principios el respeto y la libertad.

Now I have traveled around America and Europe enjoying every moment. I found a balanced life in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca in Spain.
