About Me

I describe myself as a person who cares a lot about friendships and people that are dear to me. In the last several years I've been living in three different cities and today I travel a lot so I could spend time with all the magnificent people that I've met. I'm sure that I'll meet many more wonderful people at many new locations. So I'm looking forward to the sweet problem of organizing my and my friends' travels in order to see each other:)

I also care a lot about art. I studied dramatic writing for both film and theater. I regularly write about theatre, literature and other arts for different media. I also have experience working as a writer or dramaturg for theatre, TV and radio. I think that art has a great capacity for us to reflect on ourselves and sometimes art can truly make humans better:)

I also think that social activism is important and I try to combine it with art and criticism that I'm doing. I try to help the disadvantaged and generally would like to make our world at least a little better place for us all. One of the ways that could happen is through traveling and meeting new people of different backgrounds. The more nice people we meet and the more friends we make, the whole world will be happier! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope that Couch surfing is going to be my window to the beautiful world outside my small comfort zone. I'm looking forward to visiting new people in their countries and welcoming them in my country, at my home.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well... this list could get quite long, but I'll give just a summary here :)

Films - Thelma and Louise; Rosemary's Baby; Silence of the lambs; Once upon a Time in America; films of Lars von Trier, Jean-Luc Godard, Woody Allen...

Books - books of Édouard Louis, Ursula K. Le Guin, Sally Rooney, Margaret Atwood, George R. R. Martin...

Music - anything from rock and blues (Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen...) to electronic music (Paul Kalkbrenner, Sven Veth, James Blake) and pop classics like Madonna

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been at an epic 24h theater performance with my friends and colleagues.

One amazing thing that I'm planning - to walk Camino de Santiago on the entire north coastline of Spain.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm open to different conversations with people in hope that everyone of us will learn something new. I'm certain that every one of us can discover a whole new world when meeting another person, so the list here would not fit the exact answer.
