I am Mariska and I like to travel when i have days off or holiday i like to go somewhere. I visited many cities in Europe and further away. I traveled through the USA, through Thailand and South Africa. Also in Europe i did many travels. I have been to many countries. On my wish list was Costa Rica for long. Due Corona it was cancelled many times. But last may i have finally been there. :)

My occupation is teacher of a primary school. I teach children in the age from 8 till 10 years old. Its my passion. When its nice weather i like to sport outside, doing bootcamp. I like to read, to listen music, going out with friends and having dinner, visite a sauna/welnesscentre to relax, watching netflix and meet new people to have fun with.

I am a calm person, patient, a good listener and like to explore new things.

I have a boyfriend. We travel together but I go also on holidays myself. This year I will go to Greece alone.

I like to listen to sing and songwriter music and popmusic.

The most impressive movie i have seen: The boy who harnassed the wind
Books i like are from the writer Suzanne Vermeer, a dutch writer. I like almost all her books. Most of them are psychologicall thrillers. In the summer i like to read chicklits as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cant choose.... I made a helicopterflight above the grand canyon and also i did a bungeejump from a bridge in South Africa and a skydive above Capetown.

I like to improve my English. Maybe one day I will teach abroad. When my English is good enough my upportunities to teach around the world are better.
