Hello world! I am a 22 year old philosophy student from Istanbul, Turkey. I am interested in psychology, languages, ceramic, painting, photography, hiking and climbing. Travelling is my passion. Meeting with people and hearing their stories, understanding cultures through people is one of my favourite things. I speak Turkish, English and French and want to learn Spanish. Up for hikes, tours, spontaneous adventures, cultural and intellectual exchange.

CURRENTLY: I'm living in Lyon, France because I'm doing an exchange program here for one year. While I'm here, my goal is to travel as much as and as authenticly as I can.

Couchsurfing journey: I was already aware of this program but unfortunately because I lived with my parents, I couldn't host anyone. However I met with couchsurfers and gave them tours of my city. The reason why I became a more active member this year is that I live in France now and I have more time and freedom to travel the world and I want to share my experience with beautiful minds who my road crosses with.

I love experiencing new cultures through people. Finding common ground, hearing about new perspectives, experiencing spontaneous adventures give me joy and personal fulfilment.
