I've been on couchsurfing before, hosted people and been hosted. Deleted my CS profile for a while, then came back. Have run a second hand English bookshop for 7 years. Now traveling for a while, figuring out life day by day. Currently living part time in a tiny village 2000m high up in the Alps, close to Italy. Took on studying again 5 years ago, philosophy, anthropology and now Governance in northern Indigenous Areas. I like to walk, discover, contemplate, be active, knit, arts & crafts (I take part to local markets 2 or 3 times a year), jewelry making with things I find in the nature, watercolour, singing, swimming, steam baths and many more.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I see couchsurfing as a way to discovering a place through local people. Giving more importance to humanity than to money. Offering what we've got. Being grateful to be hosted and happy to host, real exchange.
