Travel alone in Asia in 2020. The pandemic stopped my plans and I´ve been stock in Thailand during 6 months but it was the best experience of my life!

I can teach and share with you meditation, mindfulness practices, and techniques for emotional healing and self-discovery. I’m also happy to share my knowledge of different cultures, especially from my travels across 30 countries and my experiences living in Asia.
