I'm a medical doctor, born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan. I was pursuing a career in surgery until I took a slight shift in track to further my knowledge in clinical research and health policy. I am a trained epidemiologist and currently a postdoc fellow working in Penn State.

I'm an avid reader (a big fan of Paulo Coelho and Elif Shafak), a wanna-be photographer (love to take pictures of people and places) and a fan of a variety of cuisines. I'm easy going, can be a chatterbox lol, sometimes.
