Hi, my name is Kate and right now I'm a little bit embarrassed about my skills in written English :).  I work as a dentist in the city centre of Prague (the capital city of Czech republic/ Czechia, a country in the central Europe). I can describe myself as a hardworking perfectionist and terrible cook :D. I'm an easygoing openminded person, who tries to believe in best in people and who is always trying to help. I never judge. I'm an extroverted introvert :). Sometimes I like to go party to city centre, but most of the time I'm perfectly happy with conversation with a cup of tee (or glass of wine :)) in my hand. I can enjoy rush of the streets as much as complete silence. I can enjoy a week in luxurious hotel resort as much as sleeping on floor in bulgarian cottage (and I have done both :)). Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I am new on this site and I really hope I will meet new friends here, who could show me their town and help me understand new cultures. I really don't want free sleepover and  steal food from your fridge :D. For me it's not about saving money, it's about learning new things, meeting local people (and travellers alike), exploring new places and learning about another ways of living.

I diagnosed a couple of tumors in early stages in mouths of my patients and maybe I saved their lives because of it. Another big achievement is learning how to cook lasagne. Trust me, it's a big deal for a person, who messes up even scrambled eggs.

I can teach you useful phrases in Czech (or funny idioms :)), we can talk about my country, about the countries I have visited or about people I have met while studying, working in a hospital or travelling.
I can help you with some household chores too (just please for both our sakes don't let me cook :D).
