About Me
Hi every one!
Just a regular brown-eyed brown-haired guy.
I did a gap year three years ago, with the great project in mind of discovering the world.. well COVID didn't agree.
Instead, it made me aim for new goals : learn new things! That is why I started taking piano lessons two years ago, and because I wasn't busy with my medical studies, I started Spanish and Japanese lessons this year.
I try to enjoy life the most I can, through Paris cultural life but also through my travels.
I love history and getting to see archeological sites by my own eyes is so much satisfying (visiting Pompei's ruins is one of my strongest emotional experiences).
Travelling is not only about a list of must-see historical sites. I really enjoy connecting with the true local culture, talk with locals (in their language if possible), try homemade food, locals' bars...
Connecting with nature and realize to what extent a landscape can differ from one country to another is a big part of ever trip I make. Not the same air, not the same water, the same sun... in one word : different.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I look forward to experiencing the true culture of each country I travel to and I always try to get in contact with locals (even if I am not staying at their places!).
I discovered Couchsurfing during my gap year three years ago and I just got to experience it before the whole world got locked down.
I really appreciated being able to talk with locals, share meals with them, walk around the city, discover their favorite places, and so much more.
