Hi! My name is Anna, and I'm a 24 year old student. I majored in journalism in my home country, in Romania and I'm currently living in Poland, I study there with the Erasmus program. I study documentary filmmaking, and I'm working on my master's dissertation as well as my first ever short documentary about a steampunk museum.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's always better to meet locals, I'm not a big fan of the tourist spots anyway. And as a journalist and filmmaker, I'm always searching for stories, ideas and to connect with people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like everything from the 60's, especially the psychedelic rock. I also like balkan music, for example Gogol Bordello, Goran Bregovic or the music of the Borat movie. I really like jazz too, I can listen to it all day, along blues. I'm not a big fan of classical music, but Erik Satie's Gymnopédie No.1 is an exception.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a bungee jumping from 170 m and it was the scariest thing I've ever experienced.
