We are a couple, Maëva and Romain, travelling through several countries we want to know more about.

Last-20s, we are both curious about new people, and new things to discover and learn. 
We left our jobs (engineering for treating waste / animated movies film in an association) and went abroad.

CouchSurfing is a great platform to put in touch people willing to meet folks from other horizons: it enables the travelers to enjoy their travel experience the most by sharing a piece of local's life, as well as it allows the hosts to share a part of one's individual travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

TRAVEL GEMS:
In Sri Lanka: 
after one month in this country where everybody always wants to know where you're going, when walking in Colombo, an old man came to us to (obviously) ask "where are you going?". Tired of explaining that we were having a walk, we pointed a direction and answered "this way". 
What a genius mind this old man had when he nodded a bit, before pointing the same direction and saying "Yes. It's this way".
