About Me

Ei Gude,

I used CS a lot on my travels and now it’s time to give something back! My girlfriend Annika and I are living right in the city center it’s a 2 min walk from the main square.
When I’m free I’m happy to give you a tour of Graz. I’m a history and archaeology student so I can give some insights about the city’s history.
Originally I’m from Germany. Surfers are welcome to join my daily life activities because I love doing that as a surfer as well. Seeing how locals live and everyday life is a core CS value for me. Surfers are welcome to share our meals but in return we ask surfers to cook one meal for us from their home country. Please clean up after yourself and we’ll have a great time!
Looking forward to meeting you :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people and especially locals.
And it’s a good way of traveling because you can experience the very lifestyle of the locals which is sometimes very different from the one I am used to.
But the main reason is that I always want to hang out with people. So if you host me or I host you I would be happy to spend some time together.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of music but I mostly stick to rap, hiphop, reggae and rock. The only music I don’t like is ironically german.

Since end of December 2019 I have been learning the ukulele. It’s a lot of fun and always gives good vibes.

I am enjoying most kind of movies but I prefer documentaries or something to learn from.

I love to read.
Currently i am reading „The history of Cuba“. I always read a book about the history of the country I’m traveling through due to my obsession of history and thus it helps me understand the customs and traditions of countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Brazil I lived next to the Rio Negro for 2 months and experienced the basic but beautiful and peaceful lifestyle of the local Brazilians. I made some awesome trips through the jungle.
I would be glad to tell you more about it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an history and archaeology student so i can talk for hours about that stuff. Just tell me to shut up if you get bored.
