Hi! You can call me Ann. I was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA. I've been living for the past six years in Oldenburg in Niedersachsen, Germany.
I like to read and write. Lately, I've been especially interested in thinking and acting critically about gender, ethnicity, disability, class, and other lines along which the power structures in our world are created and how we can change them.
I write software for a living and study computer science. In my free time, I enjoy making theater, writing, music, swimming, and inline skating.
In my daily life, I speak mostly English and German. I also speak Spanish at about a B2 level.
