Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I usually prefer staying in hostels or hotels when I travel, but I’ve realized that this often limits meaningful interactions with locals and a deeper understanding of their culture. What I truly seek is to experience the authentic side of a place—special and local experiences that you don’t often encounter as a typical tourist.
