At home I am an Industrial designer with a focus on experience design and designing for learning and play. I like that it is very diverse, from talking to users and figuring out what they need to making and programming, testing and seeing happy users. I like it that I work with people and I always try to understand the various perspectives everyone has. I joined couchsurfing to get to know the country and the people from a less touristic perspective as well. I am traveling alone and love it! I'm making new friends everywhere, it is great☺️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know the country and the people from a bit less touristic perspective. I like travelling slow and really seeing a country. I felt that since I travel in Spanish speaking countries I at least had to know conversational Spanish before starting to couch surf (B1 level).

Music, Movies, and Books

With music you can make me happy with pretty much any style.

In movies I'm a bit more picky: I love bad romcoms, action movies and fantasy movies. Thrillers give me nightmares for weeks😂

And I love reading books: chicklits, war stories, detectives you can basically make me happy with all.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to practice my Spanish but I can help with practising English, Dutch or German as well, I love baking and cooking: happy to share recipes or make some dishes. Trying out something new makes me happy as well, so up for almost anything☺️

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help you with your English or cook some vegetarian or vegan dishes.

I finished a master in Industrial Design in the Netherlands, therefore I have designer skills and technical skills (making working prototypes, posters etc.). If you have a computer with Adobe programs I could help you out with those or design a poster or something like that. Furthermore I used to babysit and I worked in a bar, so I could help you with something like that as well.
