Hi, my name is Pil. I live in the lovely city Copenhagen, Denmark where I live in a five-person collective, study and work. My collective is very social, and I miss having people around when I travel solo or with just one person. Therefore I am here on CS!

A little more about me:
I study medicine and work in healthcare, as a GP assistant and in an awesome simulation unit where I teach basic life support.

I like rope climbing, cooking, playing board games and dancing. I have hitchhiked in big parts of Europe and I have couchsurfed in different cities in Argentina. This has given me a lot of great experiences and knowledge about the countries I’ve visited.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I want to understand the world as it is. The book Factfullness has an incredibly interesting view on the media portrayals of different countries, cultures and people that we know little about because we haven’t seen it with our own eyes, and how it is distorting our perception of the world. I would like to challenge my own beliefs and learn from the wise men of each city - it’s inhabitants. Furthermore, I would like to give that same insight to my own city.

There is two ways to see it, either I never did anything amazing or I do amazing things every day.

I can create conversation about everything, as I am a very curious person. Also I will laugh at your jokes because I am very easily entertained, and would also argue that I am quite hilarious myself.

Furthermore, I am a great cook. I have practiced a lot, and can finally say that I can cook vegetarian meals that even a meat lover will appreciate.
