About Me

Hi everyone !!!
I am a new-grad student from Turkey who always adores traveling. I am in my gap year to discover the places that I haven't seen before and to deeply experience new cultures, nature, and people.
The first country that I visited was England (2016) and ever since I am on the roads. I collected my best memories abroad with people that I met there. Traveling broadens my horizon and give me opportunities to meet new cultures. I am a sociology graduate so imagine how much I enjoy different cultures :) I am vegetarian and a very good cook. My dream is to learn how to cook every country's traditional meals from the local people and cook them with my own hands. I do yoga for 3 years and I would love to share my mindfulness journey if you are interested in this top. I listen to Melodic techno but at the same time am a fan of folk-pop and 00's pop. So shoot me with the spots where I can listen to them in your city and also help me to discover your own local music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled to 14 countries. In some of them, I've visited my foreign friends and explored the city where they are staying. My other experiences of mine were the volunteer projects that I mentioned above. However, my story didn't happen abroad. It was the Muğla (southeastern part of Turkey ) trip that I went on with my friend. We traveled to every part of the city by car for 20 days and we stayed in our tent during the trip. In the middle of the trip, I insist on visiting a specific bay but the bay was not on the map and only we have was the coordinates. He got lost but I said I feel something there please keep driving. In the end, we found the place and we saw that this was a caravan camping lot. However, we get along with the people there. We wanted to stay there for 1 night but we end up staying there for a week :). One of the people in the caravans was a yoga teacher so every morning we saluted the sun and started our day. After that, we enjoyed the sea, the sun, and our books. We were doing our friends' groceries because of our tiny car and they were cooking the meal for us. It was a dream life for both of us. I know another good thing might have happened if I did not insist so much about going to this specific are buttttt I think this is beyond both of us's dreams.
