My name is João, im Portuguese, 20 years old and a few weeks ago i left my country with 2 friends to go on adventure (actually, 1 had to leave because he was becoming sick), starting in Índia and our goal is to know this country as much as we can. Our next stop might be Thailand and Vietnam, it depends how it goes.

So, about me .. finished high school, then i tried to study 2 years but it didnt work out very well, so i spent another year working in construction so that way i could save some money and then, packed my things and i took to the road! That's pretty much it.

Peaceful, anxious and nice guy (dont wanna be cocky), i give to the others what they give to me. Like a lot of deep, rich and interesting talks that get the brain out of my head, really think that knowledge is very important nowadays and the best way of getting it, is to share with other people. Im on this travel trying to get out the best of me, also for learning new experiences and get a new perspective of what the world really is.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I came to couchsurfing because its a great opportunity to meet new people, especially the ones that feel free to share their stories, knowledge and culture with unknown people.

Besides that, i think that couchsurfing mixes the best of the two worlds: travelling and getting to know other people, and when you get those two together, you become a very rich person. Also, for those like me that are travelling for a long period and need to be careful with the budget, CS helps a lot saving up some money.

But the one thing that i think is the best of all is the chance that you get to be in touch with other people world, so maybe then you can give real value to your reality!

兴趣

Pretty much what you saw before. Really love nature and his beauties. Love to discover a new landscape and take a good photograph of it. For me, whats new always gets me in 2 ways: nervous and amazed.
