Hello our names are Irene and Erki. We are a happy international couple! Irene is from Spain and Erki is from Estonia.
We met each other in an English college called College for International Co-Operation and Development (CICD). The school is based in Winestead, half an hour drive from Hull. We met each other because we both were looking for something new and we are both adventurous souls who want constantly new experiences in our lives. That's how both of our roads lead to CICD, the stars were aligned perfectly for us to meet exactly at this time and exactly at this place!
Irene is a climate activist and very interested in everything related with saving the planet. She is also a vegetarian becoming vegan. We are both lovers of the nature and can spend countless hours in the forests or mountains!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We are on Couch surfing because we are students and we are open to meet new people and share amazing stories with them. Both of us have some wonderful stories of were we have travelled before and what we have witnessed. Now we are looking to make stories together to share with our friends, families and future couch surfing friends. And for students this is the Perfect opportunity to experience stories together with low costs!

We don't have any references yet because we just started with couch surfing but we are eager to find new people in our lives. We are very open to do video calls before meeting you !

It is impossible to summarize the list of our favourite movies or books! we are lovers of the lecture! Virginia woolf, Murakami, Coehlo, Kundera, Elvira Lindo, Reverte, SanPedro they are some of our favourite writers!
True stories are our favourite kind of cinema!
The same with the music! we really like the culture and we have a huge variety of different styles! From classic music to reggae, rock, jazz, blues, hindi or rap ! we love the soundtracks of the movies ! we are not used to listen commercial music!

Irene is very spiritual person and really likes the astrology (meditation, reiki, yoga).

Erki has a military background and knows some tips of survival in the forests and overall nature.

We both strongly believe in equality between races, gender and religious beliefs !

We are both responsible and disciplined people who look after each other and the places we live. We are tidy people who always clean after ourselves either together or individually. We are good at managing the tasks we need to do and share the load between us, which means that we have no problem tiding up after us with whatever we do.
