Hey, I'm Samuel, usually called Sami.

I aim for mindfulness, to do one thing at a time and do it seriously. Like to stay out in the open, try to take nice photographs, do a rave or live music session or just chill and look around. When I hide I make some algorithmic pictures, yoga or read. Or cook. Or lie down. You know, seriously.

I really like to hitchhike, my biggest things were Iceland through and through, Poland to Romania, Zurich to Prague and Barcelona to Paris. I attended my hitchhost's kid's last day in a kindergarden and was driven to Krishna temple by monk's unforgettable eyes.

I used to work and rent a flat and be respectable. This is somehow not anymore and nowadays I find myself maneuvering around. Try to be spontaneous, inventive, passionate, happy. Try things. Meet people. Let's meet :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe in selfless kindness and sharing. Because I like to travel spontaneously and with little structure. Because I think openness to others is important.
