About Me
Hi there, fellow earthling!
My name is Tine (like Tina, but with an ‘e’).
I like to radiate love, kindness, compassion, joy, gentleness and positivity, and share those with the people, animals and plants around me.
During my last year of studying Clinical Psychology in Belgium, I realised that there was so much more to learn about the human nature, our relationship with our bodies, with the world around us, about different cultures, languages, perspectives. I had so much more learning, healing and growing to do. And not through school books, but through experience.
In order to blossom and become my true self, I had to break out of the warm cocoon that kept me safe, yet held me back.
So here I am, out in the world, excited to meet like minded souls and explore all the magic the universe has to offer.
I like to be a living example of the endless possibilities that open up for those who don’t blindly follow what society dictates, the main-stream. And to really listen within, to what feels right to you, your intuition, before making any decision. For me, choosing not to eat animal products, to stop wearing makeup, to travel instead of getting a 9 to 5 job ... have been the most life changing and empowering decisions I have ever made.
Other than learning more about humans, I’m also dedicating my travels to learning about and connecting to nature, Mother Earth, and really listening to her needs, seeing her pain, and trying to help in whatever way I can. Through volunteering at animal sanctuaries and permaculture & reforestation projects, through chatting to people about alternative ways of living and sharing visions and ideas, through trying to minimise my own ecological footprint ...
I would love to expand my worldwide network with beautiful, like minded people and hope that the person who’s reading this, you, will be part of that beautiful extended community soon.
Aho! 🦋
