Overview
About Me
I'm a 24-year-old psychology student from Slovakia, where I spend my days trying to figure out why people do the things they do. My love for adventure and exploration led me to backpack through Spain at the age of 17, where I unfortunately ended up on the streets (I guess you could say I was ahead of the Couchsurfing trend). But that experience only fueled my desire to see more of the world and learn from different cultures. At 20, I spent a year living in Italy, immersing myself in the language, food, and culture (and the occasional gelato). In my free time, I enjoy playing drums and exploring the arts. My work in a Slovak social-research centre and a homeless shelter in Bratislava both give me a great sense of purpose.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To expand my personal lab and research sample as a psychological experiment in human behavior, and to add a few more pages to my upcoming book: "The Souls I've Couchsurfed: A Mentalist's Journey.

Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: As a psychology student, I can offer insights and perspectives on human behavior, as well as teach you how to spot a crazy person from a mile away. If we got the possibility, I would be happy to teach you how to annoy friends and family with your new drumming skills; and, for sure, I will teach you how to drink like a true Slav, all while maintaining your dignity and your liver.
Learn: I'm looking to learn new cuisines and language basics; currently I'm learning how to speak fluent sarcasm (reaching B2).
