My name is Artrick Tang(唐). I like to read books. I am not real good at any sport, but I like simple hiking. I don't eat a lot per meal but eat many times in a day. I will say "I'm always eating."

I run a hostel business in Hualien. Mostly I’m busy in my work, so I’m not sure I always have time to hangout with you. Please note this. But I may have time to have a meal together at least.

I can show you delicious food. If you have interest in Chinese, I could teach some. Trust me if you could speak some Chinese, you will have better experience in Taiwan. Yes, BETTER LIFE in Taiwan.

Some Rules in my place:
Eat and drink only on ground level.
Smoking is fine but only outside of the building.
Don't make any big sound including guitar after 9 PM.
You can use the kitchen, but keep the places clean.
Do recycling.
Put your shoes outside.
Make sure you close the front gate well and gently.
Before you use the washing and dry machine, let me know.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I knew couchsurfing from a book"在家環遊世界！：400沙發客住我家" years ago and that shocked me a lot. In 2020, I made a new year goal: meet new friends. That is why you see me here. Doing couchsurfing takes courage. Through couchsurfing, I hope to learn more about myself and challenge myself also.
