Hello! I am Macarena and I live in Madrid, a beautiful big city in Spain ✨
I love going out for drinks (no alcohol) and good food, have a great time out.
I enjoy to hike and speding time outdoors in nature in my free time as much as to sing in choir or going to live music or poetry bars.
I studied interior design, currently working on a studio, and I enjoy every other kind of arts, mostly wood work (carpenter) photography and sculpture.
I also volunteer in my free time with kids and teach them outside the school system through games mostly. Because of that I am so used to make plans out of nothing, plan activities with little time and enjoy being around others!

I can´t offer my home as host cause I still live at my parents...even tho I would love to become one someday with my own place. Mean while I can offer my company and show you around my city and have fun exploring Madrid!

I would be very thankfull if I end up in your city and you would host me! I can offer my company if wanted, would use local recomendations and mostly learn from another person with different culture than mine!

I love most music genders but I really enjoy country music, old and pop mixed, and indie/folk.

I love going to the movies, I go almost every week on movies day which is cheaper in Madrid. I really enjoy going to the VOSE teathers downtown.

I am not abig reader but I enjoy reading poetry the most and self-help/discover books about meditation, law of attraction, the now. Currently reading Lonely city by Olivia Laing, is about being alone and vulnerable with one self.

I enjoy travelling solo and thats an action not everyone feels comfortable in it so I feel lucky to enjoy it (as I guess most of you who are here :))
Mostly has been in Europe or inside Spain cuz budget haha, but it changes me for better every time. I believe travelling and looking for to meet new people from everywhere and let them share their travel enrich you in some many ways.
