Hi, my name is Roy. I’m currently chasing my goal to travel to all 7 continents. I’m new to the Couchsurfing app (as of 11FEB2020). The address listed is my home address where my parents live so I cannot allow others to stay there. However, I do intend on getting my own place later this year; then I will update the address.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly for overnight stays when I’m passing through an area and it doesn’t make sense to book an Airbnb or Hostel/Hotel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’m an adrenaline junky. I’ve been skydiving three times, twice in my home state of Florida and once in Hawaii! I’d love to get my license someday. Oh, I’ve also driven a $2 Billion NUCLEAR-powered submarine on multiple occasions on missions the world will probably never know about... so there’s that too I guess.

I have a degree in Aerospace Engineering and I was recently honorably discharged from the US Navy where I was a nuclear qualified submariner.
