Hello, I am Konstantinos Iason, I am 21 years old and I live in Athens, Greece. I love traveling around the world and meeting new people, new ideas, new tastes, new flavors, new... everything! I want to learn as much as I can about other cultures and other people. I love reading books (especially historical ones :p), I like watching films and series, going for a hike in the mountains but also sometimes I just want to stay in my home and relax! I am a bit shy, that is why I want to meet new people and spent time with them.

Having been a member of the Greek Boy Scouts Corps for at least 12 years, I have learnt the value of hosting other people and making them feel comfortable and accepted.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite bands: AC/DC, Ramones, Led Zeppelin, Beatles, SOAD, Metallica, 1000Mods, Villagers of Ioannina City and many, many more! I also enjoy classical music, jazz and a tiny bit of hip-hop (literally I only listen to Eminem :p).
Favourite movies: LOTR, 1917, Hacksaw Ridge, Silence, A Clockwork Orange and many many more! I generally like the work of directors like Scorcese, Coppola, Kubrick, Tarantino, Lanthimos etc.
Favourite books: I absolutely love the works of John Steinbeck (like The Grapes of Wrath) and Franz Kafka (The Penal Colony, The Transformation). I also like the works of JK Rowling, HP Lovecraft and the works of greek philosopher Nikos Kazantzakis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to Paris for my Erasmus! I know it may not sound particularly awesome :p but for me, it was the experience of a lifetime!
